By using Marketonics, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept any changes.

Using Our Services

You can use Marketonics to:

• Deploy AI agents on your website
• Capture leads and book appointments
• Integrate with third-party services
• Analyze conversations and performance

Your Responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Don't use the service for spam or harassment
• Don't attempt to reverse engineer our AI
• Pay for services according to your plan

Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Usage beyond plan limits is billed according to add-on pricing.

Service Availability

We strive for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance with notice. We're not liable for downtime or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

You own your data and content. We own the Marketonics platform, AI models, and technology. You grant us a license to use your content to provide the service.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You can cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.
